The Foster program by SAINT in Bullhead City plays a crucial role in assisting homeless pets to find permanent and loving homes. Foster families are greatly appreciated for their commitment and are essential to the program's success, as limited foster homes are available. SAINT operates without a physical rescue facility, relying entirely on foster homes to run their Saving Lives Program. All pets in the program are spayed/neutered and vaccinated. Prospective foster parents are encouraged to review the FOSTER HOME GUIDELINE and submit a FOSTER APPLICATION. A Program Director will conduct a home safety check and discuss the responsibilities before placing a pet.
