The Community Foundation of Grand Forks, East Grand Forks & Region, established after the 1997 flood, marks its 25th anniversary as a pivotal philanthropic entity in the Red River Valley. With a mission to revitalize and support the community, the Foundation has distributed over $12.5 million through 247 grants in its most impactful year, addressing needs from animal welfare to mental health. Holding nearly $21 million in assets, the Foundation encourages continued support through donations to its Annual Fund, fostering long-term community betterment and offering endowment opportunities with significant tax benefits.
