Business Services at the Colusa County Office of Education plays a vital role in supporting both CCOE programs and the school districts within Colusa County. Our comprehensive Business Services Program encompasses fiscal management, financial accounting and reporting, budget development and review, as well as facilities management. Under fiscal services, we manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, payroll, and retirement functions, ensuring smooth financial operations. Our financial accounting and reporting services include on-time processing of accounting, budget, and personnel data, along with the preparation of IRS and Franchise Tax Board reports. Budget development and review services entail the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets, fiscal oversight, and compliance with regulatory requirements such as AB1200 and LCAP fiscal reviews. Additionally, our facilities management team oversees the procurement of facilities, ensuring a safe and conducive environment for learning.
