The Automotive Service Technology program spans two years, encompassing 520 hours of instruction aligned with the Mississippi Department of Education Curriculum Blueprint utilizing NATEF's MLR program. Students delve into terminology, parts, and systems integral to automotive maintenance, engaging in extensive reading to grasp the intricacies of the field. With a focus on scientific principles and mathematical precision, learners cultivate essential skills for utilizing precision measuring equipment and assessing part wear within acceptable limits.
