Leader Debrief & Scheduling


Moving on to the Leader Debrief & Scheduling step, our practitioner engages with the team leader to discuss the psychological safety score and provides initial recommendations. These preliminary suggestions act as a foundational ‘prescription,’ potentially including additional programs related to communication, teaming, talent optimization, and coaching. A comprehensive team meeting, involving both the leader and practitioner, is scheduled to facilitate further discussions and planning.
