Through our Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Grant, Outreach offices are able to assist low-income people to attend training programs and classes that will lead to employment. The CSBG Program can pay for tuition, books, uniforms, required tools for the courses, and other supportive services on an as-needed basis.
