AJ’s is just another way residents can reach and maintain their optimum levels of function. This state-of-the-art fitness room is outfitted with strength training and endurance equipment, which allows for an easy individualized strengthening workout.
Exercise and physical activity are important to the health and abilities of older people. Each individual has his or her own interests and activity needs. AJ’s Fitness center offers a wellness program with a variety of fitness activities. Each specifically designed exercise activity addresses the areas that affect an older adult’s ability to be independent as possible.
