In-person, consultations are available when we have a groomer already scheduled in your general geographic area. This consultation is up to 30 minutes. If recommended services are booked within 30 days as a result of the consultation, a 10% discount will be applied.

Video consultations are conducted over Zoom or a similar videoconference system, This consultation is up to 15 minutes and is complimentary.
