A cider from our apples, from our orchard with its big sky and dramatic view of the Columbia River Gorge. We grow mostly English cider apple trees, with good tannins, acid, and sweetness, such as Yarlington Mill, Campfield, and Kingston Black. This series celebrates the potential of cider made exclusively from cider apples, aged over a year and a half. Our goal is to put it on your go-to list for bubblies!
