Holistic Health Practitioner

Dr. Linda Grace Kingsbury focuses on natural medicine ways to support you in feeling empowered about building your health naturally. She earned a Ph.D. in Holistic Nutrition with her doctorate degree focusing on Phytochemicals for Menopausal Women. She has worked in the field of Holistic Nutrition since 1979 when she was trained as a Nutrition Assistant with Jack LaLanes Health Club in Upland, California. She comes from a lineage of women gardeners and had her first 4-H garden when she was 10 years old. Now she practices her herbal medicine skills by formulating premium products with herbs she grows organically and gathers wild locally in Idaho and the Pacific Northwest. She is trained in European, Chinese, and Ayurvedic Natural Medicine.

As well as being a guest speaker on Seattles KIRO radio and Kona Hawaiis KUOI, Dr. Kingsbury hosted the Ask the Herbalist radio program on local Moscow station KRFP.

She has published herbal articles in local and regional newspapers as well as in national publications including Shape Magazine; Body, Mind, Spirit Magazine; Planetary Citizen magazine, and a UK Reiki Magazine.

Dr. Kingsbury is a guest teacher at Health Fairs nationwide in the USA including Teton Wellness Festival, Sun Valley Wellness Festival, Portland Mind Body Expo, Albuquerque Whole Life Expo, Los Angeles Whole Life Expo, Holistic Festivals, and Angel Expos. Dr. Kingsbury spoke at a Horticultural Therapy Society National Convention at the New York Botanical Gardens about her projects with the Nez Perce Tribe Drug and Alcohol program gardens. She has also taught herbal and gardening programs for Nez Perce tribal youth. Her popular herbal wisdom classes are held in the summer in her gardens and nearby wild spaces. She has taught at St Gertrude Monastery in Cottonwood Idaho about the Herbal Medicine of Saint Hildegard of Bingen.

Sharing her Spiritual Healing Gifts: Through consultation and classes, she shares a variety of Holistic Health and Stress Relief modalities gleaned throughout her life. She moved to southern California when she was 20 years old and began her Christian Mystic journey studying the Essene teachings of Jesus, yoga, contemplative prayer, and other practices to align with Divine Holy Light within and in the natural world. As her understanding of multicultural interfaith practices increased the truth of love, joy, peace, light, and healing in all traditions became clearer. Specializing in working with highly sensitive individuals she is also known as a "Healer's Healer" offering sessions to Health Practitioners for decades. Many clients come to her for support during their spiritual awakening to gain skills for refinement and validation.
