TCI F.I.R.S.T.

The TCI F.I.R.S.T. program is designed to provide training opportunities for high school or vocational graduates as well as military veterans for a successful career as a service technician in our dealerships.

1. Hopeful participants will complete the application process and candidates will receive an acceptance letter.
2. Signed participants will receive an introduction to the industry, forecasted career path, and training modules.
3. A combination of instructor-led and web-based training modules over 16 weeks will help participants learn fundamental concepts.
4. Advisors and trainers will have available office hours.
5. Each module will have an examination and there will be a capstone course prior to an apprenticeship.
6. Senior technician mentors will work alongside apprentices for 12 weeks and be part of their graduating board of review.
7. Successful graduates will be eligible to apply for employment opportunities at TCI and receive a Tool Assistance Program if hired.
