Randi Eckenrode is a dietitian who specializes in dietetic counseling. She attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and from there she earned her bachelors degree in Dietetics in 2007. She began dietetic counseling in the fall of 2008 and has been practicing for the last 9 years. She married her husband in 2011 and added a son to her family in 2012 and a daughter in 2014. Randi and her husband are currently expecting their third child.
