The Eucharist (also called Holy Communion) is central to our life as Anglican Christians. As liturgy, it is what we do together in an interchange of loving expression between ourselves and God. We are not passive recipients of spiritual grace but active participants freely embracing God's call to be the presence of his Son Jesus Christ to the broken.
