Testing

At EmpowerEd Leaders, assessments are used as a tool to support personalized learning—not to grade or compare students. These evaluations provide valuable insight into each child’s learning style, strengths, and areas for growth, enabling our educators to tailor instruction to better meet individual needs.

Grade-level assessments are offered quarterly or upon request and can be administered during one-on-one tutoring sessions. Additionally, families have the option to participate in end-of-year standardized testing through the CLT Exam, offering a nationwide benchmark for academic progress.
