The STEAM Challenge is a dynamic program designed for Girl Scout members to engage deeply with Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math. Throughout June, July, and August, participants can earn badges, work towards Journeys, and delve into new experiences at no cost. This initiative encourages girls to challenge themselves, enhancing their critical thinking and growth mindset by demonstrating the real-world application of their academic knowledge. Participants can earn a STEAM Challenge Patch and additional rockers by completing activities and collecting points. The program emphasizes the importance of inquiry and innovation, offering a platform for girls to submit their unique solutions through a Challenge Ticket system.
